Yes, I have thought about having a central place for configuring
drkonqi (a kcm perhaps). There are also other options that could be
configurable. For example, enable/disable drkonqi globally or for
specific applications, add/remove/configure debuggers (which are all
read from .desktop-style files), enable/disable developer features,
etc...
