I would have agreed, until I opened up the website.
There's quite some useful stuff on it, all the hints relating to CUPS and not 
to kde3's kdeprint specifically:

is truly impressive and mostly about CUPS stuff, even if some kde3 stuff should 
be updated in it as well.

I think printing.kde.org shouldn't be removed, it should just be cleaned up.
