plasma-windowed moved to kdereview

hi all :)

plasma-windowed is a helper application that run Plasma widgets in their own 
windows. while a nice feature for the desktop, it's fill an important role for 
the mobile shell: running widgets as full screen "apps".

it has been moved into kdereview/plasma/shells/plasma-windowed

the plan is to move it into kdebase/workspace/plasma/generic/shells/
