Choosing the qt tree to file merge requests

Raphael has been kind enough to ask some questions on my behalf while I get my 
bearings WRT to git, and operations on gitorious.

Thanks for this feedback, and thanks to Raphael for the initial guidance, I am 
hoping to be the intermediary in requesting FreeBSD related changes upline.
