Merging KAuth into KDELibs

there are other precedents for this (e.g. KNetwork namespace, or the KConfig 
classes) and personally i'd prefer to keep the subdirs named after what they 
do rather than the name of the classes inside of them. (sonnet is an exception 
there, granted.)
