I don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for, but you might 
want to read this:

"Out of 19 tested WebKits, no two are exactly the same."

Not much on "why", but enough that I think you need to make a better 
case if you are going to claim that Albert's statement ("bug-for-bug 
'feature' with safari/chrome does not exist") is false.
