Nepomuk as hard dependency in future?

... if you want to use it. This thread is about setting Nepomuk has a hard
build-time dependency. You should be able to use stuff built against Nepomuk
without having Nepomuk running. You will loose all the cool features that it
would've provided, but that's life.
