As the writeup says, kdebase/runtime is the "required dependency", not all of 
kdebase. Actually, the three parts of kdebase (runtime, workspace, and apps) 
can be built independently, so you can just compile kdebase/runtime (which 
does not depend on kdepimlibs), and be safe.
