Polkit-Qt-1 moving to kdereview

Already reviewed and 100% fine to me to move in. As I said in a previous 
email, polkit-1 kde tools will be in extragear and merged into workspace for 
4.5. The KAuth backend for polkitqt-1 is already merged in trunk.
