Polkit-Qt-1 moving to kdereview

Hi,

Polkit-Qt-1 is C++ Qt-style API for new polkit-1 (new backward non-compatible 
version of PolicyKit). But it is not just 1:1 wrapper, it has some GUI classes 
too (e.g. QAction with build-in polkit-1 authorization support). It also 
implement classes necessary for authentication agent. We would like to have it 
kdesupport eventually.

Another needs-to-be-reviewed stuff is the above mentioned Authentication 
agent. It connects to polkit daemon and shows dialog for authenticating users 
when it is needed. It is targeted to extragear repository.

Note: Polkit-1 is not in the stable version now, but current version 0.95 is 
supposed to be stable without any significant changes according to this
