Freeze exemption for PA integration into Phonon

Hi,

OK, so there were a couple teething issues due to a last minute API 
change but that should be fixed now (thanks for pointing it out 
Christoph for pointing it out).

As the PA this depends on is not yet released... (it's due to be 
released but I think it may slip due to some 11th hour issues), so I've 
written a small blog post about how to grab the relevant patch to apply 
to PA in the mean time:
