Important: BC break in Qt 4.6 against previous 4.6

It may be wise to remove (or rename if you have the extra space and you're 
worried about the build failing) your Qt and KDE install directories before 
this rebuild as well.  It's a best practice anyways, but I think it may be 
especially important in this instance.
