Having icons RTL

Hi,

I got a bug report on KGet that some icons should be mirrored when RTL langues 
are used. [1]

I figured that this should probably not happen on an application level, but 
rather in kdelibs, that's why I post this here, to start a discussion for 
those who are knowledged of kdelibs.
