Bugreporting barrier is too low with the new Dr. Konqi

Matt, you are doing a great job with maintaining BKO, big thanks for
this. In fact I admire you for your patience with it.

However, at this point I don't think that any amount of fixes could
save it. Its problems are systematic and fundamental. Cosmetic changes
can only go so far.
