I also meant things like QDir. And atomic operations in QFile (like
QFile::exists()).

Well, but a tough one...
* KDE apps link KIO.
* Gtk+ apps will naturally migrate to GIO (as it's always there).
* But Qt-only apps?
And i do believe Qt is quite important for getting more apps written
for the FOSS desktop. As it's portability is very attractive.
