Bugreporting barrier is too low with the new Dr. Konqi

Maybe a simpler solution would be to standardize on a tag like
FIXEDIN: 4.3.3
(which we would use under the BUG: tag in the commit log).

This could even then set the target milestone flag in bugzilla.
