Bugreporting barrier is too low with the new Dr. Konqi

Mark and John: have you read my reply email ? In that mail, I describe
the current situation in KDE4.4 and I also propose several ways to
improve the current situation... may be you can look at them or
propose new ones... I *need* feedback on this.
According to our BKO statistics, non-crash reports also increased...
so, this problem is also caused by the increasing amount of KDE4 users
(just a guess)
