Bugreporting barrier is too low with the new Dr. Konqi

Likewise. Although I think it was easily skippable, last time I had to use it.
The duplicate checker actually is pretty nice, along with other
aspects, and in my opinion better than BKO. But that's coming from a
person who hates BKO.
