different perspectives often allow one to see what they can not see from where 
they stand.

instead of silly one liner "ha ha, gotcha!" emails which provides exactly zero 
to the conversation, try integrate what you can see from your vantage point 
with what i can see from mine (and what others, such as 3rd party developers) 
can see from theirs.
