RFC: remove qt-copy

That warning is a defect in the Git remote protocol: you can't set what the 
remote HEAD points to remotely. You have to ssh into the machine with a normal 
shell account and do it.

And we don't have ssh access to the server.

The Gitorious admins were kind enough to fix that.
