Yes, exactly.
Even if cdash doesn't count correctly and we have actually less bugs, or even 
if I would add filters so that it doesn't count the warnings we don't care 
about, we still have the problem that we have a huge number of warnings, so 
that it is hard to notice new or significant warnings.
