[PATCH] Dolphin: Options to enable/disable url synchronizing in terminnnaal panel.

Hi,
As you know the "cd xxx" feature of terminal panel in dolphin has some
problems. This pacth adds configuration options to dolphin so users can
enable/disable this function.

I am not pleased with the config option string that I wrote, So need some
advice here:) And want to know if its Ok to put terminal optins under
"Navigation" group?

p.s. I am also dealing with konsolepart to make dolphin aware of what
happens in terminal panel.
