[PATCH] Permanent clear button for KLineEdit

Hi,

attached patch makes it possible to set the clear button on KLineEdits 
permanently shown (not hidden if there's no content). This is eg. useful for 
KMail's composer where the clear button also removes the corresponding address 
line.
