Dead file/include; removed.

I think this is a packager hook for distros where linking support for Thai
at compile time makes sense. Oh boy. Reminds me I still need to fix that
libthai dynamic loading bug report; IIRC I couldn't figure out what to do
with KLibrary actually being KModule...
