Review Request: Add a QSplitter between the places view and the directory tree in KDirSelectDialog

Yes, I'm talking about the width of the places panel. Just for the
record, we've both discussed it on IRC and the automatic resizing
isn't working properly with external/other devices. I think the
'automatic resizing on device insert' fits in this bug. I don't know
if the patch would break the automatic resizing or not, though.
