Hi,

I once made a bko entry https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151766
regarding having the Keyboard Layout KCM started from the "Keyboard & Mouse" category
instead of the "Regional & Language" category.

1) to have some backward compatibility, I wanted to put it into both
   categories, but this seems not possible. Or is there another way to make it
   show up in 2 categories ?
2) What do you think about the move of the location at all ?
   If this is not welcomed by others, I would close my bko entry.
