[patch] [i18n] make powerdevil krunner useable on non-C locales

Looking at workspace/plasma/runners/powerdevil/PowerDevilRunner.cpp
i realized that it expects its keywords to consist of 2 words,
but it is not true for like half of the cases:

Attached is the patch that fixes this, and also it makes the krunner accept non-i18n'ed keywords.

I'm posting it to list because I don't have build env set up for kdebase 4.3 and KDE 4.3 tagging is tomorrow.
