New "Usability" Group in Review Board

Hello everyone, 

There is now a Usability group in Review Board. In short, I hope that it will 
provide an easier way to get feedback on UI/usability/design-related patches.

(BTW, it was up to the RB admins to add it, I simply submitted a wish bug)

It would be great to get some feedback if you find something like this useful 
or if you think you'll never use it (and why).
