Celeste asked on https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/389751 that user-facing instances of "Abort" be changed to "Cancel" or something else more user-friendly if appropriate.  This patch changes PowerDevil's "suspending in 10 seconds [Abort Action]" notifications to say "Cancel" instead.
