Actually Bugzilla (checked on 3.3.1, probably 3.2 as well and according to 
documentation also in 2.x) already has a builtin diff viewer. It isn't inline 
in the comments but you can click "view as diff". The documentation mentions 
that it can even integrate with lxr.
