Hi,
I just moved solid-actions-kcm to KDE Review. It provides a convienent
interface that allows the (power)user to edit the actions Solid
provides when devices are connected to the users computer. Developers
could also use this to create them, so they do not have to worry about
syntax, etc.
It currently has the following features:
Verification of the action requirements it creates. Therefore bugs in
the requirement parser or creator cannot create invalid requirements.
Editing of the Action name, Icon and command to execute.
Adding of new actions,
Reverting changes to system wide actions, or deleting user actions.
It has no Krazy issues, and is completely translatable. The
solid-device-* files will need the various values that devices can
have added to them, otherwise the value cannot be selected. Initial
documentation has also been supplied ( in text format for now. It is
not very good )
Regards,
Ben Cooksley.
