preformance issues with oxygen style and window decoration

i'd bet it's about the deco buttons... 

('nur 'n schuß in's blaue - kwin decorations usually bypass the backingstore 
to save memory, if the oxygen deco just triggers a repaint for every button 
instead rendering the image once into a offscreen buffer and keep tiny buffers 
for the deco buttons...)
