Well, one could argue that soprano and SDO actually _are_ already hard 
dependencies. If you don't have it, parts of KDE (at least kdepim) don't 
build.

Or let's phrase it different: do we want nepomuk to be an optional part of 
kdelibs or should it always be there ?
