In RPM, this is trivial, 8 lines or so of sub-package definition, and 3 or 4 
lines in a new %files section. I'm sure there should be better ways of 
managing it in dpkg if need be to make it simpler on the packager, I mean 
there are around 4 or 5 different methods of generating/maintaining packages 
for the dpkg format.
