[PATCH] Support for title in notifications

this does not belong in such an applet, for any number of reasons:

* multiple applets -> who gets to write this log?

* we already have a couple of bottlenecks perfectly placed for this (knotify 
for one, the notifications engine for a second if you just want to catch 
visual notifications)

* this is the kind of feature that 'belongs' upstream, unless the intention is 
to differentiate Kubuntu based on a bunch of custom patches floating around in 
your downstream repository
