Could you add some sort of detecting if we are shutting down?
Sometimes badly written apps crash when you shutdown, so you end up
with kwin already closed, and only crash dialog staying up. This
prevents shutting down, and its impossible to close the dialog with
the keyboard. For systems without a mouse, this is really annoying
I was thinking perhaps the close button could have a count down from 5
or something if the system is shutting down. Any clicks could cancel
the count down.
