[REVIEW] Move KFilePreviewGenerator to kdelibs

Hi,

I'd like to move the class KFilePreviewGenerator from Dolphin into 
kdelibs/kfile on Monday the 29th of September.

Q: What does the class do?
A: It creates previews for file items. Additionally it checks the clipboard 
for cut items and takes care to mark the cut items visually.

Q: Which other applications beside Dolphin will use this class?
A: Rafael Fernández López will patch the file-dialog for KDE 4.2, so that 
inline previews are possible again like in KDE 3.x. Fredrik Höglund will 
include KFilePreviewGenerator into the FolderView plasmoid for KDE 4.2.

Q: Has the class been tested in "real-life"? Yes, it is used since KDE 4.0 in 
Dolphin (it was called IconManager and has been renamed to 
KFilePreviewGenerator after a discussion with Aaron).
