Change release schedule 4.2 and schedule for 4.3

The schedule lists only one RC.
I agree with the opinion that the number of RC1 actually cannot really be 
planned. So maybe a not-yet-released Qt 4.5 could be a reason for one more RC  
of KDE 4.2 ?
