Change release schedule 4.2 and schedule for 4.3

I am beginning to really dislike the schedule change.

Especially if there is really going to be a change in development/release 
model during 4.3, making the whole thing (release 4.3. before Akademy so 
trunk can be opened again) totally pointless.
