KFileWidget - confirmOverwrite default

Hi,

As you might now, I 'took' the maintainership of the 
KFileWidget/KDirOperator/... combo. I have a question about the 
confirmOverwrite boolean default.

Why is it false by default ? (kfilewidget.cpp:97)

I think this should be true by default so the user of the dialog hasn't got to 
worry about this. I also think that the strange case is that one that want to 
treat this case on its own.
