[PATCH] thread-safe KQueuedDialog episode 2

following my previous patches to make KDialogQueue thread-safe I figured 
that for it to work the KDialogQueue had to be created in the GUI 
thread. That is not always the case. Thus, in this new patch I move the 
queue to the main GUi thread if possible. I would like to have opinions 
on that. Is it completely over the top?
