bad patch in qt-copy that kills kio

hi all
if you update your qt-copy and discover you can no longer get access via
kio_http, kio_smtp, kio_pop3, etc...
revert the 0259-restart-select-on-EINTR.diff patch in qt-copy and build again.
a number of us have run into this problem, so it looks like patch 0259 is
flawed pretty badly in some way.
note that some slaves, such as kio_fish, continue to work despite needing the
network.
i've disabled the patch in qt-copy for now so the people who added it can try
and fix it up while not killing kde's network access for the rest of us =)
