Maximized XMLGUI windows not restored

Hi,

I think I'm talking about:

There's been a workaround posted in comment #7, does anybody have any
objections against applying it after testing? 

Not restoring maximized window is a pretty bad bug and even if it needs
fixing in Qt (there's no comment explaining what in Qt is wrong, or
mentioning a mailinglist thread or issue-number in Qt's bugtracker) a
workaround is badly needed for this.

If anybody has information about where in Qt the bug is, or even a Qt
bugtracker number please post it, so it can be added to the report and
others don't have to go hunting.
