[PATCH] Make KToolInvocation respect X-DocPath, website as documentation

Hi,

I've reworked the patch I posted some days ago.

Now KToolInvocation uses KService::docPath() which I just commited (still
being reworked a little). I've taken some of the code from KCMultiDialog.

As X-DocPath is allowed to be any URI this has to be taken into account. I
propose launching the browser for URIs not properly handled by khelpcenter
(just like KCMultiDialog does).

Ok to commit?

Regards,
Michael
