Questions about Konqueror 4.1.x error messages

Is the message "High traffic" on an otherwise blank white webpage an
official Konqueror error? (This is now occuring whenever I try to place
an order on Amazon.com's https server. The error never occurs when I
place the order using Firefox.) Also, https pages are rendered without
the icons ("Proceed to checkout", etc). This started sometime less than
2 months ago with Konqueror 4.1.1 and continues with 4.1.2.

Is there a way that Konqueror can report a cyclic link for a webpage
(found at bild.de today), a page which Firefox displays with no problem?
