Because the stuff in trunk is not ready for a release.

I am working on Phonon features. Trolltech is free to use the 4.2 branch or 
even the 4.1 branch (4.2 should be no problem to support, though) for Qt 4.5. 
I have no plans when to release the features in trunk for now...

What's in there is:
a) a not-good-enough try to make a thread-safe AbstractMediaStream
b) a new VideoDataOutput class in libphononexperimental that I'm testing with 
Quasar

What I want to work on:
c) integrated support for low-latency audio I/O

what taupter will work on for his SoC:
d) API for video capture
