What monitor resolutions does we support?

There is at least one, possibly two GSoC projects looking at SFF issues. There 
was also a recent patch from Scott Wheeler trying to make KMail's config 
dialog fit in a small screen, too. This suggests that it is a worthwhile 
topic. How to deal with it is another thing, though. There have been attempts 
with scroll areas, but that's not a nice solution in general. I think that 
getting it right means redesign for a fair number of dialogs.
