kdelibs/kwallet maintainership

Hi there,

being one of the guys who want to work on kwalletmanager in the future I was 
working on the bugreports/wishes to see what the overall way to go in the 
near future might be.
One of the overall main complaints was about kwalletd only saving the wallet 
on closing it which leads to passwords getting lost under certain 
circumstances (power-failure, ctrl-alt-backspace, kded crashing).

Being pretty new to kde development and kwallet I wanted to know if the 
kdelibs part of kwallet is managed by some of the kdelibs maintainers and if 
so who I might talk to about what I have in mind. If there isn't anyone I'd 
still like to know who to ask for reviewing my/our code as most of the people 
who've stepped up for working on kwallet are new to it just like me (the same 
applies to the actual kwalletmanager).
