[PATCH] Style KCM and looking forward release

Hi all,

Since I remember that when I adapted the style kcm there were an important 
task remaining which I couldn't finish for the release: beautify the KCM 
options for the animations.

I would suggest, if you agree, to apply the attached patch for now, so I can 
work on this KCM for 4.1.x or 4.2.

I remember there were some comments about: "what means high cpu ?". I would 
consider this a bug, and for that reason I suggest to commit this patch.

My idea would be to commit this on monday. Comments ?
