This seems like something that should go into kdelibs/kdeui/plotting??

How does your plotter differ from the KPlotWidget that we already
have in kdelibs?

Too late for 4.1, but maybe for 4.2.

In the meantime, I think keeping it in ksysguard maybe the best place
for now, until we start working on 4.2.
